Taper?

With just one week remaining until I run the Goofy Challenge, I'm officially in taper mode.  I happen to be including quite a bit of skiing in my taper but I think its ok. Skiing definitely gets me squatting and exercises different muscles than running.

I'll see how all of this skiing affects the races next week!  Until then, I'll spend this weekend skiing and get back to some short runs on Monday.
